White Oak Creek (0303B) was first listed as impaired for bacteria in 2006 and remains on the 2014 Texas Integrated Report. White Oak Creek is an unclassified water body that extends from the confluence of the Sulphur River north of Naples in Morris County to the upstream perennial portion of the stream east of Sulphur Springs in Hopkins County.  White Oak Creek is divided into four assessment units (AU), however, only AU0303B_01, 0303B_02, and 0303B_04 are listed as impaired for bacteria.
