Laboratory Analysis

TIAER offers field monitoring and laboratory analysis of soil, water, and biological samples, either independently or as an integrated service. We've invested in highly-qualified staff and state-of-the-art environmental testing equipment that has made us known for:

  • Meeting important holding times
  • Adhering strictly to EPA protocols
  • Processing high volumes of samples
  • Expediting emergency turnaround times

Quality is our first priority. We write EPA and TNRCC-approved quality assurance project plans (QAPP), individualized for your needs.

  • We perform EPA QA/R-5 Category 1 projects.
  • We quality check all data production, entry, and dissemination.
  • We assist in QA/QC environmental data, lab, and field audits.

TIAER provides scientific services to governments, industries, municipalities, and other entities on a contractual basis. We commit our people, experience, and equipment to assure that your samples and projects are treated with the care, attention, and timeliness you demand.

Lab Manager

Mark Murphy designed and manages the laboratory for compliance with U.S. Environmental Protection Agency protocols and state requirements. He has enhanced and innovated methods for procedure development, technical training, quality assurance, and database management. Mr. Murphy's lab experience includes environmental analyses encompassing organic, inorganic, microbiological, and radioactive testing procedures. He also has experience with hazardous materials and waste management. Mr. Murphy holds undergraduate degrees in both biology and chemistry, and a master's degree in environmental science, all from Tarleton State University.
