Services and Clients

TIAER understands the particular needs, the distinct challenges, and the
opportunities available in keeping entrepreneurs competitive while addressing
water quality. We believe our approach of rapid response and reliable research
to relevant concerns addresses both environmental and economic issues. Through
our long term research relationships with EPA and USDA, we have developed
research services of interest to partners and clients in both private and public sectors.

TIAER Seeks
  • Agricultural and silvicultural partners and clients who want to proactively address environmental concerns through cutting-edge research and applied solutions in nonpoint source pollution.
  • Federal, and local or state agencies who need to strategically address environmental issues using community-led, assessment-based, and performance-driven approaches.
  • Entrepreneurs facing complex environmental issues for which there is no clear policy mandate

Our services are organized functionally into policy activities, data gathering and analysis, data modeling, and applied research. We can help you with one service or with any combination.

For more information, e-mail us or call 254-968-9567. Your call will be directed depending on the type of service you are requesting.

Public Policy Activities

Nature does not listen to politicians, and the policy legislators create often does not account for the vagaries of the weather, the limits of our scientific knowledge, or the volatilities of the economic market. Our senior management has, collectively, fifty years of wisdom in analyzing, writing, and advocating both for and against public policy. . .

Data Gathering and Analysis

We offer storm and ambient water monitoring, training in water monitoring, system design, and lab analysis of the resultant samples . . .

Data Modeling

Almost all our work rests on either economic or water quality modeling or both. Interpretating data, whether it arises from the field or a computer model, is the underpinning of our scientific research. . . .

Applied Research

Gathering data and producing model results is half the story. Analyzing these results is the other half. Our applied research encompasses literature review, exploration of topics such as fate-and-transport of phosphorus, analysis of field data, and statistical analysis of data. . . .
